Return Policy for Garage Fab by Mankandy’s Kreations LLC

At Garage Fab, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality merchandise and tools to help you with your next project. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders, digital downloads, and opened tools may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Return

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at garagefab702@gmail.com to initiate your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  • Step 2: After approval, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label. You’ll need to pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Step 3: Ship the return item to the address we provide. The shipping cost will be covered by you unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective item or simply want a different size or color, we offer exchanges for the same item, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a full refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by either offering a replacement or processing a refund.

  • Proof of Damage: Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist in the return process.

6. Cancellations

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
